Youkando.it is a platform for short video-interviews of people in different professions talking about their jobs. Ranging from musicians to attorneys, a wide variety of occupations are featured. The videos are supposed to provide guidance and job inspiration for South Tyrolean youth. The focus of the initiative is to motivate and inspire people instead of providing a job finding programme. An innovative matching system pairs the users with people in professions, based on their personal characteristics, they might find interesting.

We were involved in the overall product development, concept, strategy as well as developing a fitting corporate design, screen design and different marketing activities for the site.
